I found the name of Nahkiss' mother in the 1892 census: Naw kees man/Naw kees maw/ Naw kees waw Some time between the end of 1900 and the beginning of 1901 Nahkiss dies: I believe he has a sister who is also on this census between his mother and him, she was married to Skinny. 1901 census: Next I have found them again in the 1904 and 1905 census ( still looking for the earlier ones and later ones): Attachments:

In which census did you find this Nah kess? Nakiss is alive in the 1900 census, but in the 1901 census he is listed but crossed through, which most of the time means he has died (he is listed as Nahkara but it is definately him look at names of the wife and children). Also his wife is listed as a widow in 1904/1905.

I am maybe wrong but I think Nah-kiss lived since at least 1895 census (n°1014, page 356). In 1914 census there was Nakis (aka Richard) (SL 21 page 312).

Was this Geronimo's brother inn law Read this on a web site Edwin Yahnozha (1865-1881) was an Apache warrior in Geronimo's forces, fighting alongside the Confederate Army during the Second Mexican War. He had a sexual encounter with Maria Guerrero in Cananea. She described it as rape, but he insisted it was consensual. The woman's father and brother ambushed Yahnozha and shot him to death. In response, the Apaches raided the town and burned most of it to the ground. He was murdered by Maria’s father and brother does anyone know where he was buried at? This is from fandom turtledove web site

This is from fandom turtledove web site Sorry, but what a BS. Harry Norman Turtledove is an American author who is known for his work in the genres of alternate history and historical fiction. As Coeurrouge wrote, Yahnoza was still alive in the 1930s. Yahnoza in the 1920s
