It just occured to me, in Fort Pickens there were only adult men, so this one must be taken after the men were reunited with their families... if indeed this photo was taken in Fort Pickens...

Second from right looks like Yanozha... My guess from left to right was Kanseah, Yahnozha, Fun?, Colle?

Colle/Kutli did not go to Fort Pickens, but to Fort Marion, if it is Colle, then this photo was not taken in Pickens. Also, judging from the Fort Houston images, Kanseah was taller than this boy, so I don't think it is him. This is not an easy one... the man far right does not look familiar at all, perhaps it is Goso, the one man that came with Mangus (never seen a photo of Goso)...

Could possibly have been Mt Vernon, but Im not sure. It was supposed to be Fort Pickens, but I forgot about Colle. He doesnt resemble anyone from Naiche's group. Goso is a good guess. I wonder if there is a picture of Goso at Carlisle.

none of them seems familiar to me, except the man on the left. First, Ulzana and Tsisnah came to mind, but Ulzana's case doesn't offer any high-quality images to compare with, while further comparison with Tsisnah didn't convince me.
Maybe these are three entirely "new" men, some that we haven't seen before...

same guy on all these images. I don't know who he is, but he seems to be one of the older, more-seasoned men in the group. I once thought about Bésh, but since everyone is convinced that Bésh is on the train image, I figure it's not him. Still, Bésh remains an obscure person. I second the opinion that "Beshe was probably older than this estimate (40 years old), for later at Fort Sill he was one of the oldest members of the band. He was known as Old Man Beshe." (see "Geronimo: the man, his time, his place" by Angie Debo) In "Lt. Charles Gatewood & His Apache Wars Memoir" by Charles B. Gatewood/Louis Kraft, Bésh's birth date is given as 1816. Does anyone have an image of him from the Reed&Wallace collection? Attachments:

Great images! My guess for the photo posted by Kayitah in reply 20: Kayitah (same features as in the Fort Houston group photo), Kilthigai and Fun. Of course it is speculation, but I am quite sure of Fun... Don't know about the other photo, are you 100% it is the same man as in the Fly photos?

I am quite sure that it's always the same guy in "reply 22". I am open to other ideas, though. As for Kilthigai and Fun - I have never seen a photograph of Kilthigai, do you have one? The other man doesn't look like Fun to me, but let's see what others say.

Your guess is as good as mine, of course, but to me the man far right really resembles Fun... As for Kilthigai, obviously we can't be certain, but this is the man I have in mind: If this is not Kithigai (or perhaps Motsos), the who is this?

I know who this is, gimme a little while to figure it out. Also, Kilthdigai I am unsure who that is unless that was another name for Tsinah. They say in the train picture one man is not pictured. Im guessing that is Tsisnah.

I found this cropped blow up of the Chihuahua/Nana group in Florida, may be helpful with identifying individual members:

The label is wrong, the photo was taken at Fort Marion, but this is obviously not Geronimo, (who was never taken to Marion) but the image does show a Chiricahua... any thoughts on who this might be..?

Thanks for posting this, Jeroen. That's a nice one! Could be Colle/Catle/Kutli. Seems like a man in his 40s or early 50s, but it's hard to tell.
