It is sad what happened to Taza. Cut down at a young age due to the weather while visiting D.C. It's a wonder what kind of impact he would have had within the Chiricahua inner circke. He was not a reservation indian. I'm sure he would have fled the reservation with Geronimo, Nana, Juh, and Naiche. When Taza died it had to be a severe blow to the Chiricahua fighting men.
