It's a Cross photo; I've seen him identified as Black Prairie Chicken, a Minneconjou, but I'm sure I've seen him as part of a collage where he's identified as Cheyenne. Here's another view:

Actually, some of the Cross photos are labelled with wrong identifications of names and tribes. I agree with Grahame that he is more likely Black Prairie Chicken, Miniconjou. Is he the same man who was photographed together with One Bull at Fort Randall?

I assumed it was an earlier Cross - i.e. earlier than those taken at Fort Randall and, therefore, not one of Sitting Bull's band. However, I haven't got a particularly large and clear version of the photo with One Bull to check if it looks like the same man.

Is he famous N.Cheyenne chief Little Wolf ? That man doesn't look like the person, standing near Dull Knife in another one famous depiction... If not, please help to identificate this photo. By the way, does anybody have bigger size of that photo? Attachments:

This is a Kiowa warrior, Mamay-Day-Te photographed by William S. Soule around 1870. The old Lone Wolf transferred his name to him before he died 1979.
