Looking for the tribal affiliation (Lakota subdivision) of a man called Buffalo Eater, or of his son Crow Boy (b. 1864), later known as Asa Crow. They are said to have been present at the Battle of the Little Bighorn, but I couldn’t find evidence of that. They do not appear in the SB Surrender Ledger. Asa Crow lived the rest of his life on the Cheyenne River reservation (as did his descendents), so that narrows it down to either Miniconjou, Sans Arc, Two Kettle, or Blackfoot. Any help would be appreciated.

Found a transcribed list online from Cheyenne River where Buffalo Eater was named a Sans Arc, born 1834, so could be the man I'm looking for. Unfortunately it's unknown what the source of the list is, so don't know if it's reliable. Will pencil in Itazpico for now.
