What was the tribal and/or family relationship between Crow Dog and Crazy Horse?

I was told that the father of Crazy Horse, Worm, had a close friendship with the Crow Dog family and that Crazy Horse even lived with the Crow Dog family one or more times for varying periods during his boyhood years. Does anyone here have any more information regarding the association of these two families?
