Found this picture as well. Chief Walking Eagle in the vary back left. I believe this was taken in 1888

Yes, the photo was taken in 1888, probably by H.B Perry of Chamberlain, S.D.
The are a couple of photographs taken at this spot, which probably was on the Lower Brule reservation. Several Sioux delegations were on their way to Washington then.
The above photo shows the Standing Rock delegation with agent James McLaughlin.
