This is the other NSHS book that I want to get (together with 'The Last Days of the Red Cloud Agency', but the postage from the USA is more than the cost of the book. Amazon.com won't ship to the UK.

I'm still trying. I may order it for US delivery to collect next time I'm over there.

I had the same problems but at last ordered both books from a used-book-seller.

I've still not seen them for sale from anyone but NSHS.

I caved in and bought this (paying more for the postage than the book). I have to say, it is tremendous and adds enormously, if somewhat ethnocentrically at times, to our knowledge.
