It's a Huffman and I have it filed as Scorched Lightning, Spotted Eagle's son (wearing what seems to be a Crow shirt, worn by Spotted Eagle in another Huffman photo).

I am by no means an expert, but that necklace looks to be from another tribe too. Ponka or Pawnee maybe ? Might be wrong.

I think like the shirt, the necklace likely could be a studio prop. Spotted Eagles son doesn´t wear the shirt and the necklace in a second photo by Huffman.
