Red Cloud Agency, Camp Robinson, were then mainly Oglala Lakotas and later also Cheyennes, and Spotted Tail Agency, Camp Sheridan, mainly Sicangu (Brule) Lakotas.

not enough for me.
Touch The Clouds was Miniconjou and his people lived in Spotted Tail Agency. Is it right? Who else? What about Siha Sapa and Sans Arc ? Were not there Hunkpapa people? Were they all with Sitting Bull in Canada ?
Where did tha Arapaho tribe lived?

The Great Sioux Reservation was broken up into several separate reservations during the 19th century.
As Carlo noted, the Red Cloud Agency was established primarily for the Oglala Lakota. At times, the Wajaja band (Brule) were also at Red Cloud. The Northern Cheyenne and Northern Arapaho were also assigned to the agency during the 1870s for their rations and annual treaty payments. Camp Robinson was established in 1874 near the Red Cloud Agency. In 1877, the Northern Cheyenne were transferred south to Indian Territory (Oklahoma) and the Northern Arapahoe were transferred to the Shoshone (Wind River) reservation in present Wyoming. The Red Cloud Agency was moved to the Missouri River in the fall of 1877 and the following year, the Oglala settled along the White River in the area that became the Pine Ridge Reservation.
The Spotted Tail Agency was primarily for the Upper Brule. At various times, there were also some Oglala there, especially Wagluhe (Loafer). At the end of the Great Sioux War, a number of Minneconjou and other northern bands surrendered at Spotted Tail. Some of these individuals slipped away later that year and headed to Canada while others, including Touch the Cloud's, band were transferred to the Cheyenne River Agency in 1878. The Spotted Tail Agency was also moved to the Missouri in 1877 and then relocated the following year, become the present Rosebud Reservation.
The Cheyenne River Reservation became home for the Minneconjou, Sans Arc and some Blackfeet (Siha Sapa) Lakota. Further to the north, across the present South Dakota and North Dakota, is the Standing Rock Reservation. Most of the Hunkpapa came into Standing Rock, as well as Siha Sapa and Yanktonai. Other bands settled at Crow Creek, Lower Brule and other reservations. A small number remained in Canada.
No simple answers to your question. We can recommend some good introductory books if you are interested in learning more.

thank you, Ephriam,
I know (in general) the history of the Great Sioux REservation, I know when Camp Robinson and Camp Sheridan were established and when the Lakotas were moved here and there. but I was asking about the year of 1877, the year of Crazy Horse`s death? I was asking about what tribes and bands lived in Red Cloud and Spotted Tail

In September 1877, the month Crazy Horse was killed, the following bands/tribes were at these two agencies:
At Red Cloud Agency/Camp Robinson: Oglala Northern Arapaho (Northern Cheyenne had already been moved to Oklahoma and the Wajaja were at Spotted Tail Agency)
At Spotted Tail Agency/Camp Sheridan: Upper Brule Some Wagluhe (Loafer), Oglala Some Minneconjou/Sans Arc
