why can't we view photos on this forum and when will this be corrected?

Hello redpaint, photos can still be seen on our boards if the pictures initially had been uploaded on a server. Unfortunately Proboards company (not the administrators of this site) changed policy last year and limited the space to attach photos directly to postings. We cannot change this. Please post pictures the way it is decribed here: amertribes.proboards.com/thread/850/post-photosIf you have difficulties in any way to do it yourself, please send pictures to me and I will upload them for you on our own server. Just let me know where I should place the picture (name of the thread, for instance). My address is: SchMoehring@t-online.de If earlier posted photos of yours have disappeared, you can also sent me those and I´ll post them into existing threads and posts. I´m sorry about that. I have found a way to recover all photos posted by attachment. Good news, they are still there.
It will take me some time to copy them onto our own server. Each photo has to be copied and uploaded separately.

That's awesome news, thank you very, very much, Dietmar. The Apache board has been very quiet since the photo's can't be viewed anymore. I am positive this will increase activity and discussions here.  |

All attachments should now be clickable again after log-in.For some reasons the thumbnails don´t show up, but I think that´s a minor problem. PLEASE don´t post photos by attaching them to your post. WE still have a space limit that have been reached. Instructions for uploading pictures are here: amertribes.proboards.com/thread/850/post-photos?page=1&scrollTo=15713
