The above link will take you to two clips of film made by anthropologist Scudder Mekeel in c. 1930 and in the SIRIS archive. It's a pity there isn't more online, the whole edited footage is 38 mins. But some interesting stuff. A parade for some Wild West event, then a ceremony at Pine Ridge or Rosebud including drummers and a young man having a white down plume tied in his hair by an older man and woman.
