An individual named Chest does not appear in the Indian census records. Does the visitor have any additional information. Reservation? Time period when alive? Relations or friends?

Some additional information from the website visitor: Chest was a Sioux, probably an older man as he was an uncle(not necessary related to)John(Fire)Lame Deer. He is mentioned in the book by Lame Deer called,"Lame Deer, Seeker of Visions". In the chapter titled,"Medicine, Good and Bad", pages,174- 175 he is spoken of by Lame Deer.He was considered a Conjurer(good). Or the Sioux name, Wapiya.
