Maybe if someone has the Bettelyoun/Waggoner book, they could scan the photograph and post it. I still haven't taken the time to figure how how to post pics despite you instructions, Dietmar.

Wow Dietmar, how did you have this? Do you have everything??? I'm sitting here with the book and no time to copy it all out to post. And I still don't know how to post something that I might scan... I came across it looking for another article in the volume (Fisk Expedition/Fort Abercrombie 1862) and thought it might be of use to someone so I put up the citation. Did you type all that out? I know there are people out there who will really appreciate the list you posted.
