Not sure who took what, but these are floating around the internet and the whole collection can be found here: sova.si.edu/record/NMAI.AC.147 . There are a few more than posted below. They were supposedly taken on the Buffalo Bill tours 1890 - 92 by one or more of the gentlemen above. Braithwaite was based in England and photographed the Wild West Show in Leeds in June 1891. Lehner seems to have taken numerous photos of the show in Munich, 1890 - 91 OR he was the collector of photos taken there. Seiling was the Bavarian royal court photographer. There are several misidentifications on the site. I'd also question the accuracy of the dates, because if that's Iron Tail in one of the pictures below, I'm pretty sure he didn't join Cody until 1897.
Two unidentified Lakota - they are, of course Kicking Bear and Short Bull.
Unidentified Lakota man - Rocky Bear
Two Lakotas at rest
Unidentified Lakota - it's Kicking Bear
Unidentified Lakota
Black Heart, identified as an Arapaho, but he's Oglala, isn't he?
Black Heart again
Black Heart
Unidentified Lakota performers
John Nelson and Lakota performers - isn't that his son and wife?
Princess Maria Ludwiga Theresia of Bavaria visiting the village, 1890. Supposedly taken by Seiling. Is that Rocky Bear?
Cody with Indian performers, 1891 - but it's not Cody, who was bulkier in this period. This man doesn't have a beard either.
Now that's Cody, with King Ludwig of Bavaria, 1891. Unfortunately, the face is missing from the Indian man at the right
Identified as a Crow man - but it's Paul Eagle Star, Lakota, who died in Sheffield, England, 1891
Identified as a possible Crow, but it's Long Wolf, Lakota, who died in London, 1892
Sham battle scene
Another man identified as a Crow
Lakota performers. That's Iron Tail, isn't it?
Unidentified Lakota
Lakotas on horse
Child on horseback
