A Twentieth Century Women: Lucy Kramer Cohen 1907-2007, a documentary video about the woman who worked in the 1930's with her husband Felix Cohen on the "Indian Reorganization Act, " "The Hanbook of Federal Indian Law" and other efforts for Indian rights and sovereignty. Her support of Indian causes continued throughout her life. Last year I wrote about the photographs taken by Felix and Lucy in Indian Country in the 1930's. Many of these photos are now posted--and I continue to post-- on the website lucykramercohen.com. The video can also be previewed, chapter by chapter, on the site, as well as ordered. I invite you visit, see if you recognize any of the people or places and post your suggestions and any identifications on the blog as comments. Please let others know about this new resource.
