There is a second picture at the Buffalo Bill Museum from the same session at Madison Square Garden, New York. These are my own identifications in the first picture so far:

Hi Gregor, I´ve took the Whirlwind Horse identification I´ve found at the Buffalo Bill Museum for granted. I admit I´m not sure about it. Gertrude Käsebier labelled the photo you´ve posted as Whirling Horse. Not sure if the name has the same or a similar meaning. However, there is another man identified by Käsebier as Whirlwind Horse. Please see here: americanhistory.si.edu/collections/search/object/nmah_1006121

Hi Dietmar, back from Holidays I see your posts. Yes, you are right, it is Whirling Horse. When I see the Käsebier Fotos at the Library of Congress I suppose she was extremly correct with her captions (see William Frog, Flying Hawk, Amos Little, Sammy Lone Bear, Charging Thunder, Joe Black Fox etc.) I think your last posted Foto Shows Athur Iron Nest, see here www.loc.gov/pictures/item/93502572/resource/Toksha Gregor

Great scans, Grahame.
Hard to discern anyone... the more prominent men (like Rocky Bear, No Neck, etc.) seem to be further in the back.
However, I think the man on the white horse far left in the first row could be Short Man.
