I've been researching this for some time, and the only reference i've been able to find is in the "articles/Art" section on the Board here. Yet there is only one reference to "Chief Big Rib" as it were.. , and only another on Wikipedia under (Lola Montez) who I'm not sure this woman is ?? this is a CDV copy of a Daguerreotype by Stuart of Williamsport , Penn (the CDV that is). In the vast archives out there, Has anyone seen other, or has some additional info they can add... Thanks Attachments:

She does not look like Lola Montez, so perhaps the lady is one of these:
January 6, 1852: Commissioner of Indian Affairs Luke Lea takes delegation to a meeting with President Fillmore (present: Mrs. Kossuth and daughter, Mrs. Fillmore, Mr. Crittenden, Mr. Stuart Hall), Indians received presidential silver medals and American flags.
As Grahame has pointed out, Kingsley identified the man named Red Plume as Red Tail Eagle.
