According to Amazon, it hasn't yet been published. I have also just checked on the McFarland site and it says: "not yet published". I'm looking forward to this one.

Bummer. Amazon UK just cancelled my order, saying they couldn't get hold of the book, so I'm ordering via Book Depository, where it's still up for pre-order (and at a slight discount too...)

It is available, still, on Amazon here...as well as McFarland's, Barnes & Noble, etc. Not sure how things work there but all the sites here note it is not yet in print but can be ordered. Hope all is well and have a grand week!

I ordered my copy (via Amazon UK) in early February, but it still hasn't been dispatched.

Hi guys! Hope all is well...so, the book has made it to "production" and I await "page proofs" for final editing. Two years...crazy. Hope everyone is well and safe and having a grand end to spring and start of summer!
