Native Land Digital, a Canadian non-profit organisation, set up this very interesting website: native-land.ca It shows native nations' land, language clusters, and treaty boundaries across North and South America, Australia, NZ, and other places. The also have an app. From their website: Native Land Digital strives to create and foster conversations about the history of colonialism, Indigenous ways of knowing, and settler-Indigenous relations, through educational resources such as our map and Territory Acknowledgement Guide.
Here is a CNN article that alerted me to the site: edition.cnn.com/2021/03/22/us/native-land-app-trnd/index.htmlI have only looked over the US/Canada part of the map so far. As to be expected, it will generate some discussion about the 'borders', given the changes over time and fluidity in general, but I believe the organisation is open for arguments and possible amendments, as stated on their site. Personally, I feel this is a positive contribution to raise awareness on native lands, and its ownership then, now, and in the future.

Carlo, thank you very much! And a thank you to the creators of the website. This is a really great website; you can search for tribes, languages and also treaties. And best of all: you can also export the result of your search! When you print it out with the color layers, it's almost a work of art.
