Help with ID Trotting Wolf Kiowa CDV

This is a CDV that has what looks to be Trotting Wolf & wife Kiowa written on the back in very old pencil writing. Trying to make positive Id. It was with the Satanta CDV which has relatives of Lavenia Hewitt wife of Sam Hewitt written on it. Would Satanta have white relatives? Any help would be appreciated. I am adding the writing on the back, maybe someone can make it out.

I have seen your photo identified as a Comanche man and his wife. Looks a bit like Howea, a Yamparika. Maybe...
