New book on Intertribal warfare

Wanted to recommend a new book on Intertribal warfare of the Crows. The book is called “Red was the Blood of our Forefathers” by Brian L. Keefe.

I picked up a copy at the bookstore at the LBH battlefield, and it does a great job of telling the stories of intertribal conflicts of the Crow in the early 19th century

It's a fascinating subject and the book you recommend seems very interesting.

Someone on the Crow board pointed out that the book actually isn’t new. It was copyrighted in 2010. I hadn’t seen it and just assumed it was new. Still a great read.
