being disrespectful, rumoring, slandering, as you search is disrespect, the black road, the red road they taught us to travel was love and respect and humility and order, please historians, dont be going through here, disrespecting family or its members, to say the clowns are clown is disrespectful to me since it was a clown who i happened to bump into and magically, i transformed to being the indian i am today, i owe 100% gratitude to the clown family on their oral lakota tradition, who stick to the traditions and like every other indian, they sell some things to make rent, to make some gas to travel around, everyones got to eat, we dont have to be disrespectful is all im saying!, i came here to search, not to b e disrespected by anothers disrespect, especially on the Crazy horse Post

Thank you Jason,
I totally agree about the need to be respectful. There will always be different opinions in history discussions, but respect can´t be wrong.

The members of the Clown family seem totally committed to the idea of Tasunke Witko as Mnikowozu only. It is sad that they ignore the great man's Oglala and Sicangu heritage. Mnikowozu, Oglala AND Sicangu, Tasunke Witko was all Lakota. It seems I am asking a really simple question but why do the Clown family not recognize the Oglala in Crazy Horses lineage? Or Sicangu,is it to only fit there narrative?

This message board is an unreal source of information, and I love it,I am Canadian and part Cree but have always had a huge interest in the Lakota people,I wonder if anyone can tell me if Crazy Horse was related to Black Fox?
