Harley's work is incredible. The photos of the Art Market do not do the work justice. Deitmar--I know what you mean!! The artist's deserve every penny, but I could not afford to buy one thing at the market!! but I have learned to make my own in the old way and have actually sold 3 breast plates so far!

Dietmar and Miyelo Thank you guys for your kind words, and for your friendly welcome! Your appreciation of the Artwork is priceless - it is not always maza ska that matters most! And roses to Dianne for making this place possible. For the last 4 years, I have been doing family research, and was participating on another gem of historical and genealogical research in behalf of Dakota and Lakota families. You are perhaps familiar with Oyate Research Center at oyate1.proboards58.com/index.cgiSo if I can, I am gladly posting information I come across, that might be of interest to the members of this board. I'll tune in again. Greetings Monika

Monika,
I´m looking forward to hear from you soon.
Yes, the Oyate research board is great, I visit the site regularly and I would recommend it to all interested primarily in Dakota and Nakota history and genealogy.
