Dear members, in the last weeks and months I was doing some research on the Cheyenne coyote or kit fox soldiers. For this I was turning pages in several books and essays. Unfortunately I was not able to find a list of names of members of the society such as it is the case for examples with the dog soldiers. Furthermore I haven't found until this point pictures, drawings or pictographs of the society except the drawing by Dorsey. There are some paintings by Dick West published in several books, but these are probably no historic depictions. I would appreciate any kind of information regarding historic members, text documents or pictures realted with the Coyote or Kit Fox Society.
Thanks in advance.
Toby

Dear members, thank you so much for the first answers. I wanted to scan through the pila website later, haven't mangaged it yet. But the hint with John Stands in Timber and his book sounds great. I just ordered it and hope I will receive it in the upcoming days. Are there any known photos of the little big horn participants of the fox soldiers?

Dear members, In the lost months I studied some historical sources and I managed to come up with a list of members of the Cheyenne Kit Fox society. In the following you find the full list including approximate time frame of the name mentioned in connection with the membership of the Kit Fox society. I was not able to find any picture material (except for John Stands in Timber and Last Bull). If you have any pictures or pictographs of the following men I would deeply appreciate them.
