Presumably the same bonnet is used more than once. The shirt, of course, is worn during two trips east...
If you look closely, the feathered headdress on the portrait of Little Wound standing, has small spots of white ermine fur with horsehair tassles on the tips of the feathers with ribbon decorations at the temples, a narrow beaded headband, and the golden eagle tail feathers on the trailer showing the underside of the feathers. I believe that this is the same feathered headdress worn by American Horse in the portrait of him standing.
While the portrait of Touch The Clouds standing also has small spots of white ermine fur with horsehair tassles on the tips of the feathers and a narrow beaded headband, the temple decoration is rolled strips of white ermine pelt intead of ribbons, and the trailer feathers showing the top side of the golden eagle tail feathers. So I believe this is a different feathered headdress.
The feathered headdress on Billy Garnett does not have the spots of white ermine fur with horsehair tassles on the tips of the feathers, but instead had white plume feathers on the tips of the golden eagle tail feathers with no horse hair tassles. In addition, the beaded headband is wide with a distinctive mountain design and no temple decorations. It does appear to have an un-common triangle hide attachment at each side which tied underneath the chin. So I believe this is a different feathered headdress also.
However, the same prayer pipe and pipe bag with the beadwork showing four crosses are used in the Bill Garnett, Little Wound and American Horse photos.

I don't know how you guys find time to study all those shirts and pix so I just trust your findings it proves that they did do a lot of borrowing each other clothes though or that tradional dressmakers were getting rare as the tipee of buffalo hide and/or that there was no time between warring and moving nor nice hides left to make new ones. in any way there is some intentional dress up here
