The inscription inside this arts/crafts book whiich is made of wood and the picture was hand painted says:

Can anyone assist with identification? The book was given to me by my neighbor, Mr Wright, who I beleive may have been Spotted Horse. He passed away in the early 1970's in Montebello, CA USA
