If I recall correctly, Sword was not officially with the group, so he may not be in the photo at all. Was LBM really that short?

Yes, Iīve read that, too. But he is obviously in the first delegation photo in this thread.
Black Crow is said to have been part of the 1877 delegation, but I canīt discern him in any of the photos.
